Need to convert those old LPS?
I must have at least 600 old vinyl LPs from when
I started collecting in the 1960s. There certainly are some treasures
there which I'd love to listen. I was given LP Recorder and LP Ripper a
couple of years ago that made it easy to convert the LPs but I lost the
serial number for the programs when I had to reinstall them.
I was at a loss as to how to install the programs again
so I sent an email to Chris Burrows from CFB Software and he emailed me
back a new set of Rego Numbers ... at 11pm at night!!!
This is outstanding support from an Aussie company and I
thoroughly recommend you check out the products on Chris's website.

Urgent Warning...!!!
If you get any emails with the subject which
includes the string "YOUR SERVICES NEAR TO BE CLOSED" please do not open
it as it is a virulent Trojan which embeds some code on your computer and
records your keystrokes. Hence the hacker can find out your banking
password and logins as well as any other sensitive information that
requires you to enter data.
Do not under any circumstances respond to any emails which purport to be
from your ISP or bank, and the general theme of which is that your account
needs to be verified or your account will be closed if you don't take some
action.
* Running Spyware Programs
I have a simple trick that could make
your anti-Spyware program, whatever it may be, to clean your PC a little
better; simply run it whilst your PC is running in Windows' Safe Mode.
Some Spyware files are not removable in Windows standard operation mode.
Here is how you get in to Windows Safe Mode (mode when Windows loads
minimal set of drivers/software); Restart your PC, press F8 key when you
see the message "Starting Windows..." then select Safe Mode. Then run
your Spyware program.

A Good Tip From Jim.
One of my good clients, Jim Baird from
Penrith Ultra Service, recently let me know that after upgrading Ad-Aware
6 to Ad-Aware SE he discovered an additional 119 SpyWare on his machine.
Jim's tip... make sure your security software is the latest version and
update it regularly. Good advice Jim.
